An online information session for University of Split’s future incoming Erasmus students, beginning study in next academic year’s winter semester, took place on Wednesday, June 17.
Approximately 140 participants from various countries attended the event, whose aim was familiarizing students with most important information related to arriving in Split, studying, and daily life in a new environment, as well as helping them prepare for upcoming mobility.
The presentation was delivered by Josipa Bartulović, associate in the Department for International and Interuniversity Cooperation, who introduced University of Split, providing students with useful information about life and study in Croatia, health insurance, registering residence, accommodation in student dormitory, opportunities of attending Croatian language courses, and other important aspects of student life.
During the meeting, students actively participated, asking numerous questions related to administrative procedures, daily life in Split, and various opportunities and experiences offered by the Erasmus program.
At the end, participants got all necessary information and practical advice to facilitate their arrival and a smoother adaptation to life and study in Split.
