European University of the Seas Alliance (SEA-EU) offers young researchers the opportunity to apply for "PhD Research Scholarships", organized by University of Algarve (UAlg).
The University of Algarve (UAlg) offers eight research PhD scholarships in four disciplines: Science and Technology, Economics, Humanities and Social Sciences, Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
The amount of the scholarship is €1,259.64 per month, and duration is one year, with the possibility of renewal up to maximum three years (36 months). Each scholarship includes a joint mentoring agreement with another university from SEA-EU Alliance, which must be signed during the first year of the scholarship.
Application period starts August 26, 2024, at 17:00 Lisbon time, and ends September 16, 2024, at 17:00 Lisbon time.
Interested candidates should send applications via e-mail to the address seaeualg@ualg.pt, with the subject "Application SEA-EU_PHD". Each candidate can submit only one application, and multiple applications will not be considered.
