The University of Split, in collaboration with colleagues from School of Medicine, is organizing an expert workshop titled "Essential Guidelines for Successfully Managing EU Research Grants" on June 3rd, starting at 9:00 AM in University of Split’s assembly hall. The workshop is aimed at successfully managing EU research projects.
The workshop will be led by David Pina Ph.D., a renowned expert with extensive experience in the European Commission and Research Executive Agency (REA). The program covers key steps from preparing contracts and activity coordination, monitoring progress and financial management, to effective communication within consortia, proper reporting and ensuring visibility of results. The workshop is ideal for project office staff, managers, team members, and all involved in EU projects’ implementation.
